VICTORY PARK DALLAS

Hey let’s talk about Victory Park because it is the hot place to be in Dallas! It’s got so many things to do.

It’s got sports so if you like the Dallas mavericks or the Dallas stars hockey team you can walk to them in

Victory Park. You also have so much walkability to get to great restaurants and shops found on our Victory Park lane. There’s so much to do…there’s so many places to shop…and so many places to enjoy and relax!  It’s just a phenomenal area where you can get all sorts of food, fun and a wide variety of it.

And it’s all here such in walking distance.  It makes it super easy and fun for you very walkable lifestyle it’s all ready to go.

Additionally we have the Katy Trail.  This is an incredible 3.6 mile walking trail that’s in Victory Park starting in Victory Park. Hey, that’s a big draw for Victory Park!

APARTMENT #5 – THE ALEXAN DALLAS

Our number five apartment is THE ALEXAN! The Alexan is amazing! WATCH VIDEO.

It’s right on the Katy Trail and it’s one of my favorites.  It’s recently built and it’s such a pretty apartment. I would call it a mid-rise apartment. It’s right on the trail!  You can just hop on the trail with your bike or just walk on anytime.

It’s a really pretty place with super amenities. I love the two-story fitness center.  It’s a professional fitness center and it’s one of the best apartment fitness centers in all of Dallas.  A lot of people love using it.

I also just love the place itself.  It’s just a gorgeous place it’s got an incredible pool area. It’s one of my favorite pools. Also there’s a lot of beautiful designs to it.  The interiors of the apartments are amazing. They’re very light they’re very bright! It’s such a beautiful place. You’ll really love it. I find that my clients absolutely love this residence. It’s awesome!

APARTMENT #4 – THE 23 DALLAS

Number four on our list is the 23 Dallas. The 23 is a stunning high-rise! WATCH VIDEO

This is a beautiful high rise with great views, gorgeous kitchens, huge living rooms  and just a very modern look and feel. Many floorplans have floor to ceiling windows too. So you’re going to get a lot of light and bright feelings in your apartment!

You will also have  great balcony views where you can just really enjoy the city they have one of the best infinity pools that I’ve ever seen.  With a great fitness center as well and just a lot of high class premium amenities.  This would be a great place for you to enjoy The Victory Park area

APARTMENT #3 – THE CHRISTOPHER

Number three on our list is The Christopher! WATCH VIDEO.

The Christopher is a very recently built place.  It’s beautiful…I just love the look of the place. One of my favorite things is the Tom Thumb that’s on the first floor!! It makes it so convenient to grocery shop!

ALSO, I want you to look at this beautiful kitchen that’s here!

This is so gorgeous!  whenever I walk in  I absolutely love it and I don’t want to leave.

The living room is stunning too…it’s got a beautiful hardwoods! It’s got great views.  The bathroom is perfect! It just knocks you out because it’s just amazing!  You’ll want to stay in the bathrooms as well if you are like me.  There’s of course plenty of amenities for you in this very premium, very beautiful residence in Victory Park.  You will have all sorts of amazing amenities like THIS POOL, the beautiful fitness center and this VERY large co-working lounge!  That’s a huge perk of the Christopher, the sheer amount of cool amenities.  It should be high on your list to check out!

APARTMENT #2 – THE THE KATY

Number two on our list is THE KATY! WATCH VIDEO.

Wow the KATY is SUPER GORGEOUS that’s right on the Katy Trail.  It is just light it’s bright and it’s fun because you can literally just walk right on the trail it’s right next to it I want you to look at these light and bright floor plans with floor to ceiling windows.  You’re going to have incredible views

You’re going to feel great when you go inside of it because it just FULL OF LIGHT! It is just going to energize you. It’s going to make you feel great!  This will be a great choice too if you’re going to be working from home

This would be a super fun place there’s a good variety of floor plans good variety of views. There are also studios,   one bedrooms,  two bedrooms and penthouses as well.   The amenities are perfect they’re great! And the pool is great!  I love the feel even on all the amenities. It’s light and bright they just don’t spare any expense in making it amazing!

APARTMENT #1 – THE VICTOR DALLAS

Our number one choice it’s The Victor! The Victor is the newest high-rise in Victory Park.  WATCH VIDEO!

It’s stunning and it’s 40 stories! It dwarfs everything else that’s out there.  It is the Mercedes the Rolls-Royce, the Tesla of high-rises. it’s right in  Victory Park and near the Katy Trail. And it’s got some INCREDIBLE views for you to enjoy!

The floorplans are ultra-convenient, ultra-smooth and ultra-GORGEOUS in every way. Yall,  LOOK at these incredible floor plans! You just walk in and you want to live in it, it’s done!!

The Victor it is STUNNING!  They have not left any detail. Every detail is thought. When you walk into a VICTOR apartment…you will absolutely love it! They have one bedrooms, beautiful two bedrooms and of course incredible penthouses.

The amenities here are also stunning, first class and unbeatable in the Uptown Dallas Area!

I love the pool that’s here. It’s a very pretty pool!! I also love the co-working lounges….they have plenty of co-working area space too. I love all of the glass that’s here it’s very, very just stunning!

Even things like this which is the theater area…it’s just done different! It’s done in a unique way and it’s done very, very well.

All the amenities that you would want are here like car charging stations.

And your pet will feel PAMPERED here too! So many features to take wonderful care of your pet.
